Wholly Wild with Stephanie

“You are not broken. You are becoming.”

💫 Who I Serve

I walk beside women and sensitive souls who are awakening to something deeper.
Those moving through heartbreak, life transitions, burnout, ancestral healing, spiritual rediscovery, or the call to reconnect with their voice, their body, and their truth.

If you feel called to step into the wilderness of your becoming—to shed old skins, soften into safety, and return to the sacredness within—you are welcome here. This is a space for untaming, remembering, and rising.

🐺 Symbols That Guide Me

I walk with the archetypes of the Wild Woman, the Healer, and the Mother.
Symbols like the wolf, moon, hawk, hummingbird, sage, and sacred fire show up in my life and work. Each represents connection, inner knowing, resilience, and the ever-evolving journey of remembering. I draw from the elements—earth, water, fire, air, and ether—as guides for grounding, release, transformation, clarity, and connection to source.

My Path

I grew up in the lush forests of upstate New York, where I first learned to listen—not just with my ears, but with my spirit. Nature was my earliest teacher, whispering truths through wind, water, trees, and moonlight. That connection never left me—it deepened.

For almost 20 years, I’ve practiced as a licensed therapist, holding space for people to move through trauma, grief, and transition. But my own healing journey began calling me further—into the intuitive, the sacred, the wild. I followed that call. I studied energy work, immersed myself in embodiment practices, and reconnected with the deep feminine wisdom that pulses through the earth and through us. This integration—of psychology, energy, spirit, and soul—is the heart of my work.

I’m a life long seeker.

Trying to compartmentalize my work into “clinical” vs. “holistic/spiritual” might have once served a protective or professional purpose—but it now feels like that structure is limiting my fuller expression. I’m no longer just a counselor who also offers other things. I’m a whole woman offering whole healing.

My Philosophy

I believe healing is not about fixing what is broken—it’s about remembering what is whole.

It’s about softening into the truth that we already carry wisdom in our bodies, that our wounds are gateways to transformation, and that our nervous systems long for safety, regulation, and connection.

Whether through talk therapy, holistic coaching sessions, energy work, or circle gatherings, I aim to create spaces where your wholeness is welcomed, your truth is honored, and your process unfolds at your own sacred pace. I bring the lens of trauma-informed care, the power of somatic and spiritual practices, and a deep reverence for mystery and intuition.

Why I do this work

I do this work because I’ve walked through the fires of grief, disconnection, and awakening myself. I know what it feels like to long for a deeper truth and a space to just be—without judgment, without pressure. I offer the kind of space I once needed: grounded, sacred, and real.

I’m still doing this work (personally as well), this is how Wholly Wild was birthed… June 20, 2025… Integrating my clinical knowledge and experience with the mystical, intuitive sacred tools of experience.

At some point along the way, the compartments cracked.

The Wild inside me stirred louder the silence I was taught to keep.

If you feel a spark, a pull, a whisper from within—trust it. You don’t have to figure it all out today. You just have to begin.
