Reiki is a gentle yet deeply transformative energy healing practice that supports the body, mind, and spirit in returning to a state of balance. During our virtual sessions, you’ll be held in a safe, calming energetic container where your system is invited to release what no longer serves and reconnect with your inner wisdom and vitality.
Each session is intuitively guided, often incorporating intention setting, breath awareness, and a grounding meditation to begin. You may experience physical sensations, emotional shifts, or a deep sense of stillness — all signs that your energy is recalibrating in alignment with your highest good.
Sessions are held remotely, so you can rest in your own sacred space — lying down, wrapped in a blanket, journal nearby, perhaps with a candle or crystal close. You’ll receive follow-up notes or reflections afterward, including any intuitive insights or messages that arise during the session.

🌸 What to Expect from a Virtual Reiki Session
Before we begin:
You’ll receive a short email with tips to prepare your space — think cozy, quiet, and intentional. You might choose to have a journal, water, a candle, or a favorite crystal nearby. You can be lying down, sitting comfortably, or wrapped in a blanket — however you feel most at ease. You don’t need to “do” anything; simply be open and allow.
During the session:
We’ll start with a brief check-in and intention setting. From there, you’ll rest while I guide the energy work remotely. Some people experience warmth, tingling, visual imagery, emotional release, or a feeling of deep peace. Others simply relax or even fall asleep — all of it is perfect.
After the session:
We’ll gently transition back, and I’ll share any intuitive insights or energetic observations that came through. You’ll receive follow-up reflections or suggestions for integration, such as grounding practices, affirmations, or journaling prompts.
You may notice:
• A sense of lightness or clarity
• Emotional release or increased sensitivity
• Restful sleep or vivid dreams
• A shift in mood, energy, or perspective
